Ayesha Fazal
Ayesha graduated with a First Class BA(Hons) Degree in Dance & Choreography from Falmouth University (2015-2018) and went on to explore and research dance companies round Europe. Her work placements with Company Chameleon and Motionhouse were an insight to her dream career. She then went on to perform at Boomtown & Groundwork Festival in addition to her work with choreographer Rosemary Lee and ThickSkin Theatre. Ayesha has performed in a number of ThickSkin projects, PETRICHOR; a VR 360 immersive experience touring nationally and also delivering workshops as part of the education programme. During the pandemic she co-founded Company Dazed leading workshops for Chhaya Collective and Ludus Youth Dance company. With her company she aims to champion young people and the next generation of artists. Ayesha is also a part of Rosie Kay Dance Company, performing alongside a live orchestra and the Birmingham Royal Ballet in the production of Romeo & Juliet. She performed the gutsy Rosa and is also an understudy role for Angel. She is also currently part of the Cultural Ecology Women’s creative programme, takes pride in her culture, loves to travel and experience new ways of life.
