She has been a practitioner for Frantic Assembly since 2012. Jess was Associate Director for Frantic Assembly’s ‘I Think We Are Alone’ and ‘The Unreturning’. She toured the UK in ‘The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time’ for the National Theatre and Frantic Assembly and has been Associate Movement Director for the USA, World Tour and West End productions of the same show. Jess also performed in ‘This Will All Be Gone’ for Frantic Assembly.
In 2019 Jess Co-directed the Ignition for Women pilot for Frantic.

Recent credits as Movement Director include One flew over the Cuckoo’s Nest (English Theatre Frankfurt), Constellations (National Centre for Performing Arts, Mumbai). As Choreographer: UrineTown and Flower Cutters (Perfect Pitch, UCLAN). As Associate Movement Director: ‘Wonderland’ (Nottingham Playhouse)
and Merched Caerdydd’ (Theatr Genedlaethol Cymru) ‘Tuck’ and ‘A Good Clean Heart’ (Neontopia, Wales Millennium Centre) as both Co-Director and Movement Director.
In 2019/2020 Jess performed in ‘Ocean at the End of the Lane’ at the National Theatre.
